We are honored to host your special event at Tri-County Golf Club at The Vineyards. To ensure an enjoyable experience for all guests and to protect our beautifully renovated space, please review the following venue guidelines.
Rental Rates
- Venue rental begins at $200 per hour
- Two (2) hour minimum required
- Rental time includes setup and breakdown
- Additional time may be available upon request

Basic Venue Rules & Expectations
To maintain a safe, clean, and enjoyable environment, the following guidelines apply to all events:
- All events must be scheduled and approved in advance
- A signed rental agreement and deposit are required to secure your reservation
- Guests must respect the facility, furnishings, and surrounding property
- Any decorations must be temporary and non-damaging (no nails, screws, or permanent adhesives)
- Outside vendors are welcome with prior approval
- Alcohol service must comply with club policies and state regulations
- Event hosts are responsible for their guests’ conduct
- Any damages or excessive cleanup may result in additional charges
Cleanup & Care
- The venue should be left in the condition it was received
- Basic cleanup is expected at the conclusion of your event
- Additional cleaning services may be arranged if needed
